2004 Update

January

• 7 – Mike leaves St. Luke’s and enters Brooks Rehabilitation

• 14 – Mike has a bad day, returns to St. Luke’s ER

• 19 – Mike returns to Brooks

• 23 – Mike goes to Mayo for a series of check up appointments

• 30 – Mike comes home! 

February

• 12 – Mike returns to Mayo for more appointments

April

• 21 – Happy 50^th Birthday Mike!
• 22 – Mike attends birthday luncheon  with friends

June

• 9 – Michelle’s birthday!
• 10 – Krystle ’s birthday!
• 19 – 30^th and 50^th Birthday bash for Mike and Michelle

August

• 26 – Mike diagnosed with POEMS in 2003

October

Mike started physical therapy

November

• 14 – Mike’s stem cells collected for transplant in 2003

December

• 12 – Mike entered St. Luke’s for transplant in 2003
• 14 – Brian’s birthday!
• 15 – Mike had stem cell transplant in 2003
• 24 – The family celebrates Christmas Eve
• 25 – Billy asks Krystle to marry him!  Alex asks Michelle to marry him!
• 27 – Warren ’s birthday! Mike entered ICU in 2003
• 31 – Mike left ICU and returned to the Bone Marrow Transplant unit in 2003
